Mini Tuorial:

1. Download the DeltaPatcher from here: You must login or register to view this content.

2. Dowload the OFW from here:You must login or register to view this content.

3. Open the Deltapatch.exe

A. On original file: chose the PS3UPDAT.430.001
B. On xDelta patch: dex430cfw.xdelta
C. Check on both option: Keep original and checksum

4. Now press apply patch and now el new CFW will be create with not brick

i got a 3.61 ofw cex
can it go to 4.30 dex?

yes you can but you will be stock on 4.30 dex cfw..because you dont have the rootkey of your console for convert back to cex..

not with this one on standart way..you need first to downgrade if you over 3.55

so... FIRST I've to go to DEX... and THEN install this? or can you instal this from 3.55 OFW?

i never play online its just for playing backups
but how do i go from 3.61 cex to 3/4.xx dex?

can i go from rogero 4.30 to rebug 4.30?

INSTALL:
From XMB install REBUG 4.21.x AND HIGHER over any 3.55 OFW/CFW/MFW or the same or lower firmware version CFW with spkg sig check patched or any firmware version CFW with spkg sig check patched and QA enabled.

UNINSTALL:
From XMB REBUG 4.21.x AND HIGHER can be uninstalled with the same or higher firmware version OFW/CFW/MFW or with REBUG 3.55.x REX EDITION on a QA enabled PS3 or with the ’999′ DOWNGRADER if QA was NOT enabled.

if you have the rootkey and the flash dump of your console then you can convert your targetid to dex..then install the dex..

you need 3.55 cfw for that i guess

to get the rootkey yes..
