-Level 1 S.P.E.C.I.A.L's set all at 9 Skills all set to 100 no missions done
-All Items/Weapons/Outfits/Meds/Etc....
-All Weapons/Mods/100,000+ ammo
-All Armor/Clothing
-All Meds, Food, and Drinks
-All Skill Books/Schematics, Misc, and Snow Globes
-All Perks/Traits, Challenge, Companion and Missing perks from Fallout 3
-All locations unlocked
-All Keys
-1 Million+ Caps
-100,000+Health Points/Action Points/Weight
-Debug Pistol (A one shot 1 kill Pistol)
-Pip boy 3 billion (A Billion Dollar worth Gold Pip Boy)[/COLOR]

Yes but if that's important to you then you will need to have the OP of this thread or someone with CFW edit this threads save... In order to edit saves on OFW I needed to advance a bit in the game in order to find the offsets for the items.

Ill probably alternate between the two
