Done the S.P.E.C.I.A.L is all set to 9 also when you load the save every companion is in the same room in case anyone would want to get there quest faster or travel with veronica
. There is also a merchant for getting rid of stuff and Testacles the Debug Centurion to modify with quest/factions/companions etc.

Nice work but you should also edit the snow globes to where there is only one left not found since there is a trophy for finding them all.
Also, idk if you just have all locations unlocked or discovered, so since there are 2 trophies for discovering a certain amount of areas you might want to edit that as well.

The save should have all locations unlocked but for discovered I'm not sure.

I'm on OFW and I have no idea where this testacles the centurion is supposed to be or is it an exclusive for CFW users? Its the only piece of the list I am missing. Also is their a way to mod punch attack strength? I do enjoy running around with brass knuckles and annihilating everything. Be aware also that this save will make the game freeze up during large purchases at merchants and slows the pip boy down. It is still worth it though.

best modded save I found throughout the internet..thanks man..u r the best..but something about this save baffles me..in stealth mode (when you crouch), u r not supposed to be detected..(since we have Silent Running perk and 100 sneak skill).. but i get detected easily..it makes me wonder..whether some of the perks doesn't work..all other perks seem to work fine but not this on..I don't know what's the cause of it..thank you again..
edit:
almost forgot..Explorer perk is supposed to reveal all locations on maps..(and we have that perk already)..but it doesn't unlock the DLC locations..that's another perk that malfunctions..
