As the judge is likely to have no clue what anyone is talking about in this case, he is going to look back to previous, similar cases for a legal precedent, and the most recent, and similar is going to be the case that Apple LOST over the jailbreaking of iPhones.

If courts can tell Apple that there is no way they can use "Possiblity for piracy" as a defence against jailbreaking the iPhone, and that in fact jailbreaking an iPhone is now perfectly legal, then there is no possible way that they can say that Sony, who are using the same reason to sue Geohot, are in the right.

Yeah that's what i was trying to say the whole time, but people seemed to think that CFW immediately means people screwing up online.

The Only thing George Hotz did was allow us to do something Sony coulden`t. Backup our own games. This kid will become something BIG in the future. He was the first to Jailbreak the iPhone/iPod, iPad and the Ps3. He is a genious. Sony will lose, just face it. In the future, we all will be running CFW, and there is nothing Sony can do to prevent it.

I just felt like having a little speech, you see im so happy =D Danced all night with alot of cute chicks <3
