After having a quicklook onto Sony's PS3 Terms of Use I noticed a few points that could affect users that have hacked the PS3.

Here are just some:

Lol, ffs.. They won't ban every individual jailbroken console.. If they did that their company is going to have a lot of bad reputation, maybe lawsuits.. Seriously read the ****ing t&c again yeah. They'll only ban if they catch you exploiting their psnetwork not your damn console.. Your brought the system with your own money, you can do as you please with it.

My friend installed cfw on my ps3 without asking and it just about worried me sick. I went back to official and contacted Sony. They say as long as you are running official, you are fine. If you keep cfw on it, there is a possibility.

1) Don't worry.
2) You do realize that it's possible to go back to the OFW, right?

Yes, I went back to OFW and am relieved. I just want all the hackers' ps3s to get bricked so we can actually have fun online again.
