Make my life simple (so I don't have to check the PS3 game library each time)... give me the BLES/BLUS/BLJP ect number at the bottom of the gamecase spine, so I know what the actual number to change the param.sfo file & game folder to. When I upload the file the first information will be the region. Just trying to help here, as I see alot of users are struggling with the region differences, and not knowing how to change the files. Even though YnO (I think) posted a pretty darn good tut on how to do this.

RESIGNING: Please send me a game save from your PS3 - That is not from the game you want resigned. It makes my life much easier. In other words, if you want me to resign a MW3 game save, then send me a game save from your PS3 that is ANY game other than MW3.
WARNING: Anybody who has posted the same resigning request in another thread will get ignored. Doesn't make sense for multiple NGU users working on the same saves.

The PS3 doesn't recognizes the file. It doesn't even appear on the XMB. And yeah, those PARAM.SFO outside the folders were just backups if anything goes wrong.
I renamed the folder to PS3 and copied the whole folder to the root of the USB stick. I don't know which thing I've made wrong.
EDIT: I Didn't created the "SAVEGAME" folder, D'OH LOL. Let me try again.
EDIT2: It didn't worked, says "Savefile belongs to another user"
I wouldn't mind if you use another save file from the Xploder database, since I can edit the VP in the game

Yes. The "New save" is from the new PSN ID, but just to be sure, here's a "brand new" save file from the new ID. I just created it:

i was also trying to help others as i bought xploder but i cannot reasign even my saves can xploder do that with external saves or only the ones downloaded from xploder sight its self i am realy strageling because i don't know what i'm doing wrong i even bought one more copy of xploder and donated to somebody on this sight to see if he could help me out any help is highy apriciated thank you.

Okay, done.
I don't know what happened when I gave you the old ID save, because it didn't worked, possibly I gave you the wrong files...
Now, after reading the tutorial, I assume, you need to download the "hacked" save file with the 100% VP completition, then copy that save to the USB (PS3/SAVEDATA/BLUSBLAHBLAH) and drag it to the "My PS3 gamesaves" folder, later, use the save I gave you and put in your USB, it needs to appear in the "media files on mem. card" window, and finally, drag the "hacked" save which is in the PC, to the "media files on mem. card" window, and overwrite it.
I think that's the process, or I misunderstood something?
