(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Well just want to let you know, what you do, and that you better careful on what you are trying to do, also you should know what you're doing, otherwise you will end up, that is not what you would like messing with your PlayStation 3.

First of all

You cannot downgrade your PlayStation 3 system.

Reasons:
1. You can't downgrade as when you update you just add the new features (not the whole firmware) otherwise it will take up to 10GBs, but it only takes 100-200 MBs

2. As SONY always says "never update your system by any other source, that is not in Sony's website OR that is not the update we're offering, as this can cause some damages to your console"

3. You can only Update

4. There are people who have already tried it, and the result is fail, while those who are saying it works, doesn't have proof, or even better, haven't tried it (those are only theories that they are putting)

5. It is logical that, you can when there is a new firmware you're updating your system, and not installing the whole new firmware.

PlayStation 3 Modded Lobby (challenges)

1. For now there are only theories, and some real things about how to hack Modern Warfare 2 challenges (for PS3), so it is necessary that you DO NOT believe in everything that people post/say here, when they even haven't tried it. Again those are just theories from them.

2. Make sure that before you're trying any kind of method on "how to hack mw2" you're sure about what you're doing, and if the other people are "really sure" also about what they are saying, then they should post some proves.

That's all, enjoy. Also this is the reason why many threads are getting closed/deleted by the Moderators without any advice or warning.

Happy Modern Warfare 2 hacking, and happy PS3 workingSmile

Now clean up your original post.

DUh!! of course it wont have go 3.15-3.21-3.30 because 3.30 already have all those things that were added in the lower firmwares are now updated and are already there, you sir are the idiot, when u dont even know what are you talking about, have you tried it already?

And yes! i guess you can "downgrade" by reformatting your HDD, and installing a lower firmware, BUT not by just download a firmware and go to update "Via storage" and put that firmware.

I am error
I definitely agree. I think people should be more careful. One of my close friends just bought a new ps3 from messing around too much with his old one.

No, YOU are the idiot, I only used 3.00 -> 3.30 as an example, hell you can go from 1.9 -> 3.30 if you wanted, because when you do the Update process, you install a WHOLE NEW FIRMWARE!

The original PS3 models have 256MB of on-board flash memory to store the firmware, using two NAND 128MB Samsung flash chips! And can you guess what goes in those 2x 128MB chips? THE FIRMWARE!

NO, you can't! If it were that easy it'd would've been one of the first things they attempted back in 2007/2008
