Do you think killstreaks ruin the game?

Here is why I think they should keep there killstreaks to a minimum.


Killstreaks, bring interest into the game. But the game gets interested into campers! If you play a game like "Black Ops" 90% of people on their are Campers. They depend on there killstreak, meaning they do NOT want to lose there streak. (Which means, people camp so they dont get killed.) Alot of people I know lose interest in the game, because there are more people flying around in Ac130's/Gunships, than a noobs that shoot his bullet!

This also means, false statistic.
Yours stats do not fit the co-ordination of other players, A real FPS player, uses his gun. If you see someone who has a higher KD/R than you, this is only because they constantly use there killstreaks and CAMP! It does not mean they are better than you, so what is the point of the leaderboards when they are false statements?

If your a previous FPS player, who plays older games like Cod4 or WAW. You enjoy playing these sort of games, because you have spent hours getting used to your personal gun, and you become a good Player! For people who crave there killstreaks, you kill 11 people with a gun your not long term used to, then you gain a rediculasly over powered killstreak, you get place on top with 30/40 kills over something so easy to do, seriously whats the fun in getting easy kills?

Whats the point in buying a games, if you let the game get kills for you?

I hope MW3, wont be packed with killstreaks. This will avoid campers!

I agree. People still get killstreaks pretty much by gun play anyway. Also the OP is exaggerating like most here do. No "noob" can EARN Choppers, Dogs or Gunships unless the other team is all splitscreens with 1 bar connections. Noobs are the girls crying about guns, can only get 5 killstreaks at best and get owned by campers.

People here exaggerate a lot. Let them tell it every death they have is by a Ghost user with suppressed weapon that was camping in a corner with Claymores. Or the other 10% of deaths were from overpowered guns.

People like the OP are why I play in parties. I want winners not guys crying about everybody death or guys that are powerless unless the have red dots on their Spy Plane every second.

People camp because they do. Earning Killstreaks takes more than camping or rushing anyway. I play on Playstation and the only ridiculous camping I see is in HQ, S&,HC Modes which I'd think you'd have to camp in those modes to succeed which is why I play in Ground War so I get fast paced action.

Possibly have 3-5-7, like in CoD4?

Play demolition you won't have problems

I think playing in a party or you know being GOOD could eliminate more campers.

if ya don't like killstreaks then just play barebones and stop moaning about it.

Yea how about CoD4 style 3 5 and 7? They were soo easy to get, yet it wasn't bad. Fourzerotwo even said himself he is excited of the CoD4 type of gameplay to MW3 where its all about gun to gun fast paced combat. I have a feeling MW3 is going to be alot similar to CoD4 which imo is a good thing. All these killstreaks are plain bullshit, sometimes it feels like I'm the only one running around. I've been running the 3 5 7 killstreaks in MW2 and in BO. Helps me camp less and do the objective.

Then you got those kids camping for their dogs and chopper, and when they get them they rape you with it. And then they win the round in demolition. It's bullshit, I'm trying to do the objective and once that camper on the other team, who has no mind in planting the bomb, gets his chopper and dogs. They win? Really?

You're actually talking about Mw2, not Black Ops.

how about instead of saying the problem is killstreaks look at maps. Look at shipment name 1 place u can camp good and not get raped within 1-2 seconds. Im not saying make every map the size of a basement but they should try to avoid a lot of corners that will make campers hard to find and shit.
