Do you think killstreaks ruin the game?

Here is why I think they should keep there killstreaks to a minimum.


Killstreaks, bring interest into the game. But the game gets interested into campers! If you play a game like "Black Ops" 90% of people on their are Campers. They depend on there killstreak, meaning they do NOT want to lose there streak. (Which means, people camp so they dont get killed.) Alot of people I know lose interest in the game, because there are more people flying around in Ac130's/Gunships, than a noobs that shoot his bullet!

This also means, false statistic.
Yours stats do not fit the co-ordination of other players, A real FPS player, uses his gun. If you see someone who has a higher KD/R than you, this is only because they constantly use there killstreaks and CAMP! It does not mean they are better than you, so what is the point of the leaderboards when they are false statements?

If your a previous FPS player, who plays older games like Cod4 or WAW. You enjoy playing these sort of games, because you have spent hours getting used to your personal gun, and you become a good Player! For people who crave there killstreaks, you kill 11 people with a gun your not long term used to, then you gain a rediculasly over powered killstreak, you get place on top with 30/40 kills over something so easy to do, seriously whats the fun in getting easy kills?

Whats the point in buying a games, if you let the game get kills for you?

I hope MW3, wont be packed with killstreaks. This will avoid campers!

COD4 and W@W had less campers because there were WAY LESS COD PLAYERS.

Unless you're talking about MW2 I doubt you get killed in Black Ops by ks 60% of the time.

Like I've said the only people who want less killstreaks are those who can't get them. If someone is getting Dogs, Choppers,Pavelows and AC130 why would they want that taken away??? Only scrubs getting UAV would want killstreaks weakened.

Honestly the camping complaints are worse than camping itself. What do we expect people to do? Run around saying "here I am shoot me!"? And when people do rush scrubs will say that guy is a "tryhard" or his gun is "overpowered".

Im not gonna get over some fag hiding in a corner with ghost,second chance and a galil. Who thinks there good...

If they keep killing you, they are at least better than you. If a camper or rusher keeps killing you he is.

I don't condone camping BUT crying about it is worse. IF a guy camped and killed me several times I would man up instead of convincing myself he sucks and I'm great.

OR I'd switch to a Ghost class so I can sneak up on his camping ass.

I also love how people exaggerate. EVERY Ghost guy who kills you wasn't hiding in a corner...And people that do that are normally terrible anyway. Respawn, use a Flak Jacket or Hacker class, or try something else.

Killing campers isn't all that difficult. It's frustrating sure but I mean people aren't going yo play Rambo all game.

Dude those are my opinions, When I play COD4 or when I played COD4 when it was still new, there were less campers then there are now gen. MW2/BO simply because there was a much valid reason to camp.

Besides camping, I just gennerally hate Killstreaks, yes I do get them anyway, inb4 you cannot get killstreaks because ubad.
Just the sake of that you get killed by an NPC vehicle makes the MP part less fun, it's a first person shooter, killstreaks are fun but do not make them the one who gets the most is the best, because that's not true.

In MW2 if you got your harrier 60% chance that you could get your nuke
if you got predator like 80% chance you get your harrier.

I mean seriously, do you think that is fun/amazing/skilled?

Stop saying that campers are better then everyone because they don't most of em have a low reaction anyway, they change spots and all that and they use claymores/scavenger and heartbeat, he must be so skilled to use all of that.

Ok people keep saying the kill streaks are overpowered right? Well how many times are you supposed to get shot by a chopper gunner or the helicopters and stuff huh? If it takes you like 5-7 bullets to kill a person with your gun then how many should it take you to kill a person with air support. How do you make a non-overpowered helicopter? The only way I can think of is like make it get hot or something like when you use a turret if you hold it for to long it will stop shooting for a little. What in your guys' mind is a helicopter that isn't overpowered? Now me as a rusher I depend on campers because then nobody will get in my way when I'm flanking them. Imagine if everybody rushed don't tell me that will be fun cuz thats the biggest pile of bs. I don't think the kill streaks in Black Ops are overpowered at all. Like seriously tell me how they are overpowered.

killstreaks is what makes the game fun. Now if you don't air support in the air there is kill streak there to help u prevent that. its called a sam turret and only 4 kills to get. this will shot down all air support and choppers/gun ships. blackbird up use a counter UAV. its that simple. stop bitching about over power killstreaks when theres stuff to counter them. I have 1 ghost class just to shot down air support. its that simple people stop whinning and crying about overpower killstreaks. my clan we usually have 3 people using counter uav and i usually run the sam turret.

Someone with a high K/D is not always a camper -.-

They should definitely cut down on the killstreaks. Even though I like how black ops didn't make killstreaks stack.

I don't camp my self, but i would say every lobby i go into 90% of the people are using ghost and correct me if im wrong i used cold blooded in mw2 and i hardly ever seen anyone use it but Call of Duty Black Ops comes along and puts Ghost in & it does the same exact thing as cold blooded pro why does of all of a sudden every use the crap out of it and camp in every single dark corner there is in the game maybe they should go back to cold blooded pro in Mw3 maybe all of the campers from COD BO will come out of there tints put away the marshmallows & actually do something for the team!
