I've been reading, and most of this forum loves cod but it seems most of you seem to be really hating what we've seen from Modern Warfare 3 so far. It seems like most of you guys have jumped onto the Battlefield 3 wagon or are indifferent regarding MW3. Why do you hate/love what we've seen so far?

My personal opinion is, the game just looks exactly the same as Modern Warfare 2. I would've really liked to see some graphical changes, maybe some destructible environments even (I wish). Instead, it seems we're just going to get a patched Modern Warfare 2 not worth $60.

You missed my point. It's not a matter of you parting with money, it's a matter of Activision getting your money when they're the most greedy ****s in the entire gaming industry.

And 2 groans? Really guys? Just because you're still in the "honeymoon phase" w/ CoD doesn't mean you have to be ridiculously biased and groan me for having grown out of interest in the series and seen it for what it really is. Then again, I was still like that after WaW and MW2 even when the series had just taken a massive hit in terms of quality(twice), so I guess I can hardly blame you. I'd have done the same back then.

ive been playing since cod2 buddy i sold cod bo and w@w i have the rest i fail to see the quality drop you see i enjoy cod and will support it.

So even after Activision took your money for two(maybe more) below-par games w/ BO & WaW you're still willing to buy the game right off the bat? Sorry mate but that's... that's just generally poor sense in terms of where your money goes.

took my money? no no no no they didnt take anything i GAVE them the money and in return i got ALOT of use out of those games and even tho i sold them off because i felt they werent that fun i still got use out of them 15th prestige on black ops 10th on w@w

Well you're not exactly who I was aiming my argument towards, because you clearly have a much better tolerance for rehashed games if you've managed to get to 10th on WaW, 15th on BO and probably 10th on MW2 & CoD4 as well. So you'd generally be the exception to my argument, because most people can't put up with the same game(more or less) for nearly that long.

i dont see them as the same game even tho they are simular i see them as more of a new start new game to rank up in

Well they're not, they're basically the same game. They may as well have just released expansion packs after CoD4. Literally, they could have done that very easily and there'd be very little difference in terms of quality.
