Microsoft Offers Geohot Free Phone

Before I begin note that I'm typing this on my IPhone so bare with any mistakes :p.

Microsoft, creator of the Windows 7 phone has contacted George Hotz and offered him one of their sleek new phones.

Yesterday George said on his blog that he plans to buy one of these new phones. In response, Brandon Watson, an entrepreneur for Microsoft, said the following on Twitter:

This does get me thinking though. Is Microsoft trying to send a message to Sony? While Sony is suing people they're rewarding hackers and asking for Geohots help.

Hell, if GeoHotz get's sued, he'll end up working for Microsoft and even then he'll have a grudge on Sony and continue to jailbreak PS3's. Smile

lol. This is what microsft was thinking. "Guys, we have a problem, George Hotz is going to buy one of our phones. Have you seen what he's done to everything else he's bought! We can't sue him because we would just be copying sony, so lets just give him a dev one so he doesn't mess around with it"

Are u ppl really dumb? Microsoft bans people that live in a city thats has any preference to curses or sexual names when they are actually real. They DISABLE consoles FFS!! Sony is doing this so they dont have to end up like microsoft and banning everyone and watching ur every move.
