I got pretty much the same feedback from a guy by the name of Jim. He said pretty much the exact same thing you said. Mine is on CFW, but I don't give. I hope that they don't come out with an update that will make CFW not compatible with PSN. If Geohot wins the case, then we will get another CFW that IS compatible with the 'new PSN' perhaps. That is IF he wins and he wants to keep hacking. Anyways, best of luck to everybody with CFW. We'll just have to wait then, I guess

Thanks for the post, so i was right about this (i don't think i typed it). Customer service is pretty much the lowest or close to low for information. They get it and know about it, but they don't make the decision whetehr to ban or not thats from a higher floor then them. Pretty much they do what Sony wants them to, and right now Sony is playing the wait game, until the court case is finish and after they have found a fix + all the users using CFW.

And at the end what does he say Thanks for using PS3? Sony employees will NOT say that... They will say something "Thank you for choosing Sony Playstation 3. If you have any questions....." along those lines... But w.e. you n00bs just make me laugh haha

im sorry but i do not belive that that is a bit suspected as we coudnt hear the first of the call where they say this is sony or someting and at the end they say thanks for calling playstation but when i call up they dont say thanks for calling playstation they normal say thanks for contacting sony support or something
