Lol nice try. i thought it was real in the begging then it all went wrong in the end. why did the guy said "thank you for calling playstation" when you can only call sony? how come in the begging of the call he didnt say "thank you for calling "SONY" how can i help you"

so after reading this post i got curious and called sony for myself, i recorded the phone conversation on my phone and i'm trying to figure out how to put in on the computer at the moment. i asked if you are using CFW with a jailbroken ps3 will you get banned. and the woman, yes a woman replied back-that the CFW issues they are currently looking into are the ones dealing with theft from getting full games downloaded without actually purchasing them. so that wasn't enough for me i hung up and called back. the next person was a man and i asked him the same question he replied-that sony doesn't recommend using any kind of jailbreak with their system and to tamper with it will likely bring consequences. so after that call i tried to call back and realized it was 9:35 pm EST and that the customer service hours stop at 6:30 pm PST...fml. oo and its much easier to get in contact with them by calling the playstation protection plan number and make up some bs and then ask whatever you wanna know
