Well if he was banned he wouldnt be able to sign on that ps3 except ive heard about people not being able to run a game after foing JB & CFW they probably didnt do it right.

yeah that whats i thought but i think i know what the problem after going through creating new accounts , proxy servers, and mw2 cl patches. he actually been blocked from the mw2 server for having a cl

Yah definitley post it. Hopefully you recorded the whole call, and I mean the whole call start to finish so its actually believable. I find that hard to belive ne ways as I just called yesterday and was told you cant be banned "as of now".
