-Level 1 S.P.E.C.I.A.L's set all at 9 Skills all set to 100 no missions done
-All Items/Weapons/Outfits/Meds/Etc....
-All Weapons/Mods/100,000+ ammo
-All Armor/Clothing

Ok I just tried it right now, the SAVEDATA is on my PS3, but the game doesn't read it. I'll see if I can make it work somehow so I can modify your save. Ill keep you updated. It might take a while tho because I’m not always on the computer.

I tried almost everything to remove the owner, but noting works. The save just gets corrupted if I remove owner, I havnt tried that,but i'm pretty sure that won't work either.
