-Level 1 S.P.E.C.I.A.L's set all at 9 Skills all set to 100 no missions done
-All Items/Weapons/Outfits/Meds/Etc....
-All Weapons/Mods/100,000+ ammo
-All Armor/Clothing
-All Meds, Food, and Drinks
-All Skill Books/Schematics, Misc, and Snow Globes
-All Perks/Traits, Challenge, Companion and Missing perks from Fallout 3
-All locations unlocked

Hey , I would really love to give a try to your save file , but i'm on OFW , so the trophies wouldn't unlock 
But ... If I send you my file , and you mod it in a blank ps3 user (with no psn acc. associated) , I think it might work . I tried that method to get the campain legend trophy in wipeout H
Sent my file to a friend , he did all the races but one, in a blank user, sent it back to me, I completed that race , and BLING ! So if I send you my savefile , would you mod it for me , so I can test this method ? 
I have the UK version of the game btw .
