-Level 1 S.P.E.C.I.A.L's set all at 9 Skills all set to 100 no missions done
-All Items/Weapons/Outfits/Meds/Etc....
-All Weapons/Mods/100,000+ ammo
-All Armor/Clothing

No, because the save has a certain number. Your account ID number n everyone has there own ID number, so if your ID number isn't the 1 in that save you won't be able to have "full access" to it. Unless you can remove that number somehow n mk it work then you will be able to save it, but I already tried alot of different methods and none worked. The save just gets corrupted every time.

. It would be better if PS3 saves didn't have encryption so everyone can share and enjoy each others saves, but SONY is soo protective of OUR PS3,s sure they made it, but for US the costumers. We bought it which makes the item OURs. They must be afraid that someone is going to make it 100x better XD! Did they really had to make the game disks BLU-RAY disks?! I don't think so. I think It's b/c of the $$$. They don't care about the satisfaction of the costumers. That's why the features are not that great. They don't even want to add more features to it. There cheap, Yea add more crappy security! One feature they should of left in was OS. I think the PS3 should have more features. Good thing there's talented people out there exposing the PS3 of the capabilities it has and NEEDS!. We should have the right to modify it,exploit it, throw it,burn it, blow it up in front of live audience! To bad we don't 
there's not a lot of brave people like Geohot who would fight for our rights!
