No because that's just too obvious and sad, not to mention a criminal offence. I am thinking more along the lines of a policy shift at work. I.e. complain that my next door neighbour is guzzling loads of bandwidth on his 2 Xboxs and is making it impossible for me to stream my BBC iPlayer, thus encouraging Port Blocking and bringing COD down that way.
