Also I suggest starting with CoD4 or W@W, as MW2 seems to be harder.. also hunter did not begin with MW2..

I totally agree, it took hunter monthes to be able to mod w@w, and once he got that down mw2 was easier

Thanks, Fletcher for posting this.
I was going to do a post on this because of people messing with their PS3s.
But you already have done it =D
You should try and make this thread sticky to stop people wasting their time, effort and money.

I agree with you. I think that is has something to do with accessing the HDD, but maybe not particularly the way be are trying to do it.

Okk so no haters but that actually isnt the truth the checksum is when the .pkg installs it checks for changes.... and the way to do it is through hdd studio/hdd toolbox then IHC patch maker and then re encrypt, u just gotta change a few things... me and my mate will have proof up soon.... no offense to TheUnkn0wn but it seems hes just tryin 2 get ppl off track because their coming so close like i respect TheUnkn0wn but im guna have to prove him wrong...also my mate found this if u look under models in IHC there is the code "vehice_little_bird_minigun_right" or "vehice_little_bird_armed" and that is for the unknows controllable bird so unless he coded that xbox program 6 months ago all he did was add the moving around contols. if u edit the patch and put it back in the exact same hex positions etc u wont get black screen... dont believe me thats fine but wen i get proof up ill show you guys....
