So guys, I suggest you stop downloading ps3 hdd studio and stop buying sata cables because this is not the way. If you guys want to figure this out, your gonna have to find a way to re-write the offsets of the patch to the right places on the hdd and figure a way of getting the edited patch back onto the ps3. Also I suggest starting with CoD4 or W@W, as MW2 seems to be harder.. also hunter did not begin with MW2..

My theory is that you have to mod the pkg file and then download it to the ps3 via ps3 proxy server. The only problem is the decryption / encryption.

I just remember this problem this being a problem at NGB, people trying to keep hacks a secret just for themselves. I know for a fact I'd get bored of these hacks in less than 3 days, so why can't they just do the right thing and release it to the community? And on top of that they try to delay us from getting closer and attempt to steer us off the right path? What greedy little pricks.

what happen to hunter is he still doing lobbys not challenge lobbys but just for fun lobbys? I haven't heard much about ppl saying i am in hunter lobby anymore lol! I hack WoW, 2moons, cabal, aion and ETC. I know how to write scripts and i know how to mess with offset i know winhex like the back of my hand. The only Problem is i dont have the time to even attempt to try to hack Mw2 i spending to much time on my forum for my Rpg games guys so they can have the updated hacks and offsets for there games. I dont know much about a ps3 so i problaby won't attempt to even try it! But if hunter is having some funny lobby dont be a stranger and invite me

P.s for the ppl that think hacking a real online game like world of warcraft, 2moon, cabal, aion, is for pussy lol i bet it take you a year to learn how to do something like this BTW i make almost 4k a year selling hacks and making hacks and selling characters so if you play these games please dont beafaid and pm me

Dude, think about it:

Scenario A) They release the tutorial, gets patched in a day(this is Sony we're talking about) and nobody really even gets a chance to enjoy the mods.

Scenario B) They keep it to themselves, and enjoy it. This way they can mess-about with it on future games as well, like Black Ops.

Take your pick. Oh and btw, calling them "greedy little pricks" won't get you anywhere or anything, besides possibly an infraction.

Well, If you found something and didn't want people to know, would you tell them they were off-track or sit quietly and let them find out that it doesn't work.

I told everyone it didn't work because they were close to finding out that it doesn't work. Rather than let everyone squabble about it not working for a few months I decided that I would verify that 'IT DOES NOT WORK' to give people who probably deserve to know how to do it a chance of figuring it out rather than them getting confused in the squabble.

For those that are wise, I've told you your on the wrong track, now find the right one. I'm NOT trying to stop people from doing it. I'm just simply NOT releasing a 'spoon-feed' tutorial. The people who figure it out themselves should be the kind of people that think. "Hey, I just worked my ass off to do this, why should I be a slave to all the lazy people that can't do it, by releasing it."

I've been there before, for Diablo2 and WoW, and will be there for Diablo3. Always loved the hacks that are posted on that site. Although its a German site, and I can only read English...

thing is.. if you dont have the knowledge on what your doing why are you doing it.. Im sure if you busted your ass for a couple months/weeks/days whatever to get a lobby like this going I bet you wouldnt release a tut so some other kid can set one up in a day while it took you months. If you knew what you were doing in the HDD I bet youd beable to find out yourself but for those who dont know what the **** theyre doing they shouldnt even be trying to hold these lobbies.
