So guys, I suggest you stop downloading ps3 hdd studio and stop buying sata cables because this is not the way. If you guys want to figure this out, your gonna have to find a way to re-write the offsets of the patch to the right places on the hdd and figure a way of getting the edited patch back onto the ps3. Also I suggest starting with CoD4 or W@W, as MW2 seems to be harder.. also hunter did not begin with MW2..

I say if you don't wanna release the hack, fine.
But at least let people you know and trust host lobbies to get people a chance to grab it, because didn't everyone start playing games to have a good time and have fun, by being stingy it will only cause hatred and separate the community. Like it would be nice to know the method or be able to join a lobby, but I for one won't beg and plea for it. In the end it's just a game.

I think its right not to tell every1 how to do that hack coz theres IS a sony/infinity team who surches for gabs in there codes and i KNOW that here's a sony/infinity man who just w8 till some1 posts how to do that hack and than its over. Just surch 4 urselfe to get the answer but than do NOT post it.
btw. Black ops is coming out soon and we will have more time to hack until all methods wont work... and try to get to join the beta and start making hacks and using glitches and post them here but dont tell the guys who made that game (forgott their name

back to topic is it possible to "bypass" the checksumms?
1. If those checksumms know that u hacked using the proxy method
the checksumms have to be on our HDDs...
2. If they are't on the HDD they check at that moment go online...
There must be a method to find that out we just have to find it
ps. The Unknown pls stop saying we're wrong u just coz that we work harder and harder even if we find out that we were wrong

Honestly, I think you guys are withholding the facts just for the "e-fame" aspect of it. It's kind of funny to be honest. I think that it's better off to just release it because people can quickly run lobbies and make them big before sony eventually patches it, which I don't think will happen in 24 hours like people have been saying. If you went through the trouble of making patch blocker and making a "spoon-fed tutorial" for that, why not do it for this?The least you could do is run shops, but when that happened people were scammed.......

The patch blocker assisted in (originally) the Prestige hack, which is effectively useless since all you do is give yourself an emblem and extra classes.
What they've achieve thus far is powerful stuff, and once the mass public have it, the game will be pretty crazy for a period of time.
