Women find it difficult because they've a natural inclination to procreate. That's all.

If she had aborted me when I was in the womb then I wouldn't be around anymore, would I? You can't care once you're non-existent.

This is all beating around the bush though - my argument strongly revolves around the whole forcefully living off of the mother thing. Without trying to appeal to emotion, can you actually refute that?

Its not emotion its called logic you have to be honest with yourself Smile can you refute that?

I refute your entire post and that's the best you can come up with? Why don't you challenge my arguments like I challenge yours?

Haha youre great lets look at this what does your so called science say they call bacteria life on mars yet a heartbeat is something to kill? Contradiction may I say. If a baby is just bacteria then finding bacteria on mars wouldnt be life?

A foetus is life, but that's irrelevant morally. Ants are life. But who cares? Nobody, because life is not the defining factor of this moral argument. The ability to think and feel pain is, at least for me. But superseding that is the fact that the foetus is forcefully living off of the mother, as I keep saying.

As for bacteria on Mars, my guess is that scientists are interested for the sake of science, not some pseudo-moral quest like you seem to perceive it as.

I honestly dont care what people do. Its their body, if they don't want a child then they shouldn't have to have it, unless its gotten too big. Then I think adoption would be the best answer..

I’m too L33T
Im not going to bother reading the whole thread because thats something i usually do.

My view:
After learning it every year at school for about 5 years as your made to Religious Studies as a subject but no exam. I can say Abortion has two sides. Theres the side of rape and the girl being forced and Theres the side where maybe a couple tried for baby, the girl got pregnant and they split up after 3 months? The girl may not want the baby with someone she's no longer with? It will make it hard because the child's real father will have disapeared off the scene and some innocent person would have to look after the girl and provide for the child. Now my view is that Abortion is very wrong and everyone deserves a chance at life, no matter what. I think its extremely sad when a couple find out their child will be disabled and they have an abortion, i mean yes the child will suffer their whole life but its better to have a chance than nothing at all. Its wrong in many cases but then theres the rape side, would you really want a baby at a very young age because some horny twat/peado has raped you and left you with a child? No. In this case i do think an abortion is right. I have a friend, she's 15, has a baby of 4 months, she was at a party and stupidly enough drunk and walking home alone at 12am at night, she doesnt remember anything because she was drunk and im not going to share her story, she only remembers some guy grabbing her and dragging her somewhere. She woke up with no clothes on. So she quickly ran home, told her mum and she suspected rape and she had the pregnancy test a couple of weeks later and it was positive, she too didnt believe in abortion and had the child. She is now tied down with school and a child, can hardly support it but her parents help. All because of some guy raping her? Such an awful topic and i feel so sorry for her. People at school do raise money for her to help but her childhood/chance of having a teenage life is ruined now by some guy. Personally i think she should of had the abortion to save herself from losing her childhood but it was her choice. In this case i do believe abortion is appropriate but in other cases not.

I love my kitteh
If someone is not ready for a child, than they should be aloud to abort pregnancy. Having an unwanted child is not good for anyone.

It's anyone's choice, I think to just say no you are very narrow minded! For example My mrs and I aborted two weeks ago, we have 3 children already and felt we couldn't afford another in respect to birthdays and Christmas and general items like food clothes etc. I don't think my mrs should have to go through a whole nine months to adopt the child as this is massively unfair on her and her body, it's a common thing these days and is often frowned upon by thoses who have not been in the situation and just throw their opinion out there, my mrs was 6 weeks so only had to take a pill followed by more 6 hours later as this at the time was only the 'sack' formed.

I think it's totally up to the individual to decide and should not concern anyone else's opinion, at the end of the day sometimes it's the right decision, don't get me wrong it's still a hard decision but should not be deemed 'wrong' in my views.
