(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I was just looking through the debate section but I didn't see this surprisingly. Anyways, even though I play PS3, I think PC gaming is better. There's a reason people hack consoles you know.

Anything you can do on a console you can do better on a PC. That's a fact. The only exception are exclusives but I've made my feelings towards those known elsewhere.

Well said. That's something I agree with.

PC's for the most part dominate every category, but there are exceptions. Consoles are easier to just start up and play, are generally cheaper, etc...

Understood. Can't argue with that.

We've been over the cheaper bit on Skype, they're only cheaper if you're too lazy to custom build a PC yourself!

Can’t trickshot me!
PC's can do things that consoles cannot, however consoles were created strictly to play video games, so they are more easily accessible and cheaper to the general public, and the only way to play games hardcore on a PC anyway is to spend thousands of dollars on equipment machinery, and even furniture if you want to get technical, to be able to increase the amount of comfort you have while trying to delude yourself into playing as many PC games as possible.

However the more pimped out your PC, the more you profit in the end, true story, anyone with the money who isnt modifying their computers at home, are honestly either incredibly foolish, or incredibly busy/sad.

It all comes down to what you can afford and access, consoles are easy to just pick up and play, but PC games take work to access and play readily and constantly. Also i believe stopping yourself from playing is easier on consoles, but harder on the computer, which is why people get easily addicted to games like WOW (I played wow, it feels like just a regular old RPG to me, but whatever lolz)

I console game because consoles were strictly engineered for gaming. However, gaming can be much more enhanced on the PC with the right accessories.

I would have gone with PC gaming but assembling a PC takes too much time and having to upgrade parts (such as graphics cards) to be able to run new releases efficiently is a pain in the ass. While on the other hand, consoles are much more simpler with a setup and play and you wouldn't need to upgrade it's technical specs (which I'm pretty sure you can't) to run new releases.

I hope I was clear enough. Smile

You can still run new releases on old hardware it just won't run as well - this is the predicament we have now with consoles which is why there's a push for new ones.

Crysis 3 can barely play at 30FPS at well below 1280x720 on the consoles because the hardware is almost a decade old!

And building a computer really is quite easy. I was pleasantly surprised by that when I did my first build a couple of months ago.

Not really. I can go out and get a PS3 with 3 games for $300.

If I'm building a PC with no prior materials, it's gonna cost a lot more no matter how you cut it.
