PC, no contest. I don't even have a gaming PC but have played Fallout NV and 3 on PC on my laptop which can surprisingly enough play them both on max setting thanks to it's pretty decent GPU (It's not an alienware just a vaio). The games are so much better though, the ability to mod them and use shit like GECK to make your own maps is incredible.
Also the ability to pirate games easily and play it is nice so you don't have to get shafted by the developers and pay for something that you didn't know sucks cocks. Also mouse and keyboard feels weird at first but after a while it feels so much better and more precise than analogue sticks.
Telling us who put the components together doesn't really tell us much about the hardware - a Dell could beat an Alienware for performance if the hardware is superior.
Also, Alienware is like the Apple of enthusiast PC gaming, by which I mean it's terribly overpriced.
