fair*er* play. much more difference in pc vs pc with the vast difference in builds compared with a ps3/360 with same specs. mostly level, not completely, you can buy a better headset to increase chances or go through a lot of crap to lag switch I guess but that's where the buck stops unless you want to get banned.
