Apparently it's done through hex with the GT5.0 file from your save (perhaps it has to be decrypted first) . I am going to begin experimenting now. If anyone gets on to something please share! And I will share any progress I make as well.

Why do people want to hybrid?

1. They want to hybrid. (If they want to hybrid, they can wait a little )
   
2. They want to be 1337 Hackers online. (These guys are in a big rush, nobody really cares what they think. They can figure it out themselves or hope someone figures it out & needs the attention)
   

It's fun to collect the hybrids now while we have them and can run them online.
(There is at least 2 other guys leaking them all the time)
It would not be fun if every car was hybrided/modded, there would be no novelty and everyone would just be waiting for the patch.

If someone really really wants to make hybrids it is possible to do it with a hex editor.

he already said he wouldnt release untill patched.

What if PD never patches this....

Then we wouldnt get it. I think Transformers aka Slim should put a releasedate for it. If it wouldnt be patched until the released date, he would release it still.

To my honest opinion Polyphony Digital will not patch this since PS4 Dev Kits are being handed out to Game Developers. so there probably going to focus on GT6....

Again, I respect Slim opinion but I think a big part of the GT community is looking forward to this tool because it will bring us a lot of what's missing on GT5.

That alone would expand our gameplay a long time. GT5 is losing it's breathe, the hybrids are giving some new life to it.


I really hope it gets released, please consider that Slim. kudos for your work.


And if any of you already figured out, please help the others to achieve it too. let's do this together!

I totally have to agree with -skyline. Could somebody tell here a tutorial how to permaborrow cars without removing gamedata. It takes for ever "sigh".
