I mean it will make it really easy for "noobs" to just hack their ps3.
Someone else will do the work and effortlessly everyone else can now do it.
For all the people who have bought 3.41 ps3s they have wasted their money. ( until sony patch it)

Many people will do this to host hacked lobbies but those who charge people will now have less customers as so many people will do this and they will now be loads more people hosting.

In the long term running homebrew apps will be cool to do on a 3.55 but im not sure

so, it can be patched, it would just be so annoying it is not likely.
perhaps this will force an early release/speeding up of the release of the ps4. either way, it would be...difficult at best, to patch it. in other news, i want the ftp server only. my friends are in a clan that is very competitive at quickscoping and get into challenge lobbies for free from someone who is rarely on. im always on. i figure i could help them. offtopic: has the ftp been sorted yet?

Can only be patched by making new hardware . Meaning all current ps3's cannot be patched

you know all those 10 year old British kids that ask for you to verify them in your cl, kids like that are going to annoy the f*ck out of you if your not host, example/ you can go into a ranked match and you can be deranked kicked or have your ps3 frozen.

-there will be $0 profeit for mods so some people will be less motivated to come out with new hacks.

if you want the hacks stick to the ps3

if you want to play legit get the ps4 or wait to see if sony does something outrageous with the ps3.

(i know frozen ps3 and derank has to do with mw2, but it might happen to other games and black ops soon)

They CAN do it, but it involves a complete revamp of the entire PS3 including all games, DLC, etc. which is virtually impossible

I mean I did it another ps3 and the jb tools but this would be awesome I could switch the patch online and have two jailbroken ps3s

To be honest.. i think its good that theres a CFW (For the Devs finally achieving this) but in the long run this will damage sony bad!!!! i can see a whole heap of piracy on its way.. Even though im jailbroken i still dont like to pirate but hey.. what good is online play with crappy 50kbps internet.. lulz i vote PATCHED!
