I mean it will make it really easy for "noobs" to just hack their ps3.
Someone else will do the work and effortlessly everyone else can now do it.
For all the people who have bought 3.41 ps3s they have wasted their money. ( until sony patch it)

Many people will do this to host hacked lobbies but those who charge people will now have less customers as so many people will do this and they will now be loads more people hosting.

In the long term running homebrew apps will be cool to do on a 3.55 but im not sure

Yea that's basically all you need, an FTP server.

ftp is not signed if it is link me to it cuz i havent found anything that any1 but sony has signed

if they dont have internet. why do they even need to update? they can just play normally without updating.

Because maybe they want 3D and there friend has the update etc either way Sony can't take that feature away.

they could make an anti cheat system like punkbuster or something to stop new games from being hacked or have dedicated servers and your files have to match the host files or u cant connect

any way game companies need to put in dedicated servers and matchmaking so the hackers can be on matchmaking while the real players are on dedicated

If they create a system like punkbuster, we should not fear anything, because the punkbuster anticheat is a freaking laugh.

even if sony patches it everyone will still have all the homebrew apps including file manager and ftp server

stop freaking out, its not gonna get patched even if you vote yes. and if it does happen to get patched WE ARE GOING TO FIND A WAY AROUND IT! haha
