-Level 1 S.P.E.C.I.A.L's set all at 9 Skills all set to 100 no missions done
-All Items/Weapons/Outfits/Meds/Etc....
-All Weapons/Mods/100,000+ ammo
-All Armor/Clothing
-All Meds, Food, and Drinks
-All Skill Books/Schematics, Misc, and Snow Globes
-All Perks/Traits, Challenge, Companion and Missing perks from Fallout 3

Hardcore isn't that hard , but yes it's kinda annoying :x But I would love to get a save with , for example , 29 out of 30 caravan games won , or 124 out of 125 locations found ... Please look at my post in the end of the previous page , it just might work

Can you re-upload the US Version? It is not working for me.
Then, I have a question I've made the Firmware update and the Game Update, it will still work?

Amazing save.. I have OFW and the save works.. Wow all the gun and armor.. Lol. I've been toying with the param but have not yet found a way to change "ownership" of the save file yet... Everything that gets changed ends up corrupted. So no trophies or saving yet. Do you know what parts need to be changed? I've found a few things, but want to make sure I find them all..
