Also another reason they go for so many platinums is because they want to show off like for instance I see some people of my friends list change there message to got my 10th platinum don't know why else they would put that message other than to show off and make other people jealous. So do platinums mean anything to you what are your opinions do you care about getting the most platinums than your friends or don't you bother because its too much time consuming or its hard to get platinums these days.

I think it means you put a lot of time and work into that game, I need 2 more trophies for Burnout paradise platinum..Buts its too much effort :/ and I nearly have heavy rain plat all i have to do is see all endings or something..But it takes waaaaaay too long.

I love going for trophies they keep me busy in my spare time and they make a game with only single player sort of worth the mkoney

i love getting trophies and im adicted to it. when im bored or doing deal i play zombies

platinum's is a sign of accomplishment and dedication to me lol

They really dont mean much, if i notice that I'm within 25% of the platinum, then I'll go for it but otherwise I dont care.

Yeah, I like play games with trophies especially how it adds the challenge into the game.

I care more about the content of the game, than I do trophies. If they add something to the game though, that is the icing.

They mean something when you actually get them yourself, as opposed to buying them or using save-games.
