Also another reason they go for so many platinums is because they want to show off like for instance I see some people of my friends list change there message to got my 10th platinum don't know why else they would put that message other than to show off and make other people jealous. So do platinums mean anything to you what are your opinions do you care about getting the most platinums than your friends or don't you bother because its too much time consuming or its hard to get platinums these days.

platinums do matter to me since it shows I like to take my time with games and try to complete the objectives

they dont reli matter but it's nice to compare with mates n see who has more plats etc

Yes, currently I'm setting up about a few games to get platinum within 1-2 hours of each other... Infamous, Infamous 2, LA Noire... may do Uncharted 2 (Got plat on other account, getting on new account).

Maybe go for 4 games in one day for plat trophy.

i play ps3 and collect platinums because it makes fun. but i don't care about other people if they habe 100 or more platins. i've play for me and noone else..
