So we all know how EA & Activision have been butting heads to be the best first-person shooter out there. But did you know that EA is putting $100 million into making Battlefield 3 better than the Call of Duty franchise?
According to the You must login or register to view this content., EA CEO John Riccitiello announced this investment in New York. He said that it will positively beat down the HIGHLY anticipated Modern Warfare 3. If they're putting this much money into topping one of the best first-person shooters of all time, let's hope it's worth it.
In my opinion, I think a game that took over $100 million to make should be worth it. I mean, a lot of people love Battlefield, but even more people love Call of Duty. So it's going to be a tough match for EA.

Back on topic, I believe that Battlefield 3 will be better than Modern Warfare 3 because of the new producers for the Call of Duty game. They will need some time to fix and tweak their game into something excellent, which takes time (in my opinion), and they have a lot of expectations for the already popular, and famous FPS series.

At least I can fight
COD has just got progressively worse since COD4 in my opinion, each game has some strangths but overall they're just getting worse. I'd love to see Battlefield smash COD but it won't due to COD's large fanbase, fanboys, and COD warriors, not to mention professional gamers.

eh....I hope they have a beta out first so i can try the controls out, This is what im prob going to do (If mw3 trailer looks bad as in graphics or nothing interesting ill buy BF3 first But im still going to buy MW3 but thatll be 2nd) Only if the trailer looks Lame
