we have opened 4 support tickets already about this. when will you provide decent support Xploder?

true, Xploder is a good product, easy to use - hands down. but the customer support? man, it sucks big time. Even the customer support email address is not working, my emails all came back.

Get your act together Xploder. We here at NGU support you, but if this is the kind of SUPPORT that you give us...pffft

im well confused now? i got my xploder on the 16th of feb, when i purchased it there was no mention of a yearly fee? i paied £15 for it, ive not had any notice that there will be a yearly fee if there was i wouldnt have bothered buying it, if they want to charge a yearly fee then it would have to be on a new product cause the product i brought was a one off payment not a subscription, im sure the sale of goods act of 1979 would agree You must login or register to view this content.

its on the shelves in argos and game, also amazon is selling it and its not mentioned anywhere about yearly fee!!!!!!!! its on the shelf in the uk so the sale of goods act applies, i can smell a false advertisement law suit!

I bought Xploder CD package a long time ago and there was nothing saying it i had to pay a yearly fee if i wanted to keep using the software...this is so disrespectfull...

Wow. don't know but i think i got lucky!... since i only waited 3 hours. if you haven't got it then maybe tomorrow like at 12:00AM to 1:00PM you should get it because that was the time i got mines. Good Luck!

im not happy at all! i can see xploder falling flat on its face, i hope ngu aint supporting this blatent rip off! at least there are free options floating about the scene

and here i am deciding to renew my license because KG ressigner does not resign all games. arrgghh i dont mind spending the money but not if its going to take forever to get it to work. fuck man!!


edit... as of right now on 1/8/13 at 10:45pm i purchased the renew license, and at 10:50, OMFG it worked!!!! they reactivated it. so i do not know how i got it so fast and others are waiting forever. maybe try late at night? dont mean to rub it in anyones face, just trying to give a suggestion.
