(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i have been using Xploder for a year now, and my license expired last December. so i asked my brother-in-law to purchase the license as a gift to me instead. lo nd behold, the license key that was sent via my brother-in-laws' email was not working, so my brother-in-law RE-PURCHASED the license again, it is still not working.
we have opened 4 support tickets already about this. when will you provide decent support Xploder?

true, Xploder is a good product, easy to use - hands down. but the customer support? man, it sucks big time. Even the customer support email address is not working, my emails all came back.

Get your act together Xploder. We here at NGU support you, but if this is the kind of SUPPORT that you give us...pffft

edit... as of right now on 1/8/13 at 10:45pm i purchased the renew license, and at 10:50, OMFG it worked!!!! they reactivated it. so i do not know how i got it so fast and others are waiting forever. maybe try late at night? dont mean to rub it in anyones face, just trying to give a suggestion.

thats how i paid. put my CC info and got it reactivated in like 5 minutes. only got a confirmation email. i thought i wouldh ave to wait forever like some have, i tried xploder then BAM said its renewed. i didnt see paypal anywhere as well. i dont remember paying for it that way the first time.

Mine is still not working, renewed the license 2. january. Ive sent 4 "tickets", their support team hasnt replied to any of them. Isnt there any other way to contact them ? And btw where is that xploder dude claiming they fixed the issue on another thread ? Ive sent him private messages, but guess what...He doesnt answer !!!!

5 days and 4 tickets later, my license is working now. Started working within a hour or so after sending the 4th ticket.

couldnt find it. i guess just remember when u purchased it? or when u get reactiavted? i got my code reactivated as soon as i bought it so i would go by that until xploder tells u. i cant find an option where, or in my profile on xploder.net. sorry.

My license is about to expire in 9 days, how should I approach the issue as to renewing the license, (if I can at all.)

I stated in my ticket I wanted the subscription to start when it is actually activated. Whether it has though idk.

Wait 9 days and see how everyone is getting on. Its at least a bit better than it was at Christmas time, still bad atm though.
