(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); FIRST OFF, try to create the e-mail account that is listed if you haven't already. However if that doesn't work there is two ways to reset password: through a phone call or through their help site.
Phone Call:
-Must know e-mail entered and the EXACT username used. (can find e-mail where you log in on ps3)
-On hold for 10-15 minutes.
-They ask for personal info, and then later ask for an APPROPRIATE e-mail that you actually use so they can send a message to reset your password.
You can reach them through their phone number at: 800-345-SONY
NOTE: only works during their business hours.

And letting them know they can get it back pretty easy.

Most likely, but you could try the website and make an educated guess on which DOB you put, but otherwise you will probably have to call.

sony do anoy me , they bring the uk psn up just after they close there customer servise so i cant recover my gb account now Angry
