(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); FIRST OFF, try to create the e-mail account that is listed if you haven't already. However if that doesn't work there is two ways to reset password: through a phone call or through their help site.
Phone Call:
-Must know e-mail entered and the EXACT username used. (can find e-mail where you log in on ps3)
-On hold for 10-15 minutes.
-They ask for personal info, and then later ask for an APPROPRIATE e-mail that you actually use so they can send a message to reset your password.
You can reach them through their phone number at: 800-345-SONY
NOTE: only works during their business hours.

Look where you log in on your PS3 and it should say the name of your e-mail account.


Damn well it looks like I'm gonna have to get in contact with the guy I bought the account from. :( This sucks lol
