-Must know e-mail entered and the EXACT username used. (can find e-mail where you log in on ps3)
-On hold for 10-15 minutes.
-They ask for personal info, and then later ask for an APPROPRIATE e-mail that you actually use so they can send a message to reset your password.

You can, but you will just have to wait until the open again :y:. If you use the site , and you know your info you can reset it as well.

If you do not already know as well, you can find your e-mail that you used by going to the location where you log in, and it says your e-mail. If you haven't already try to create that e-mail. If that doesn't work, call the number, and that info should be good enough :y:.
