-Must know e-mail entered and the EXACT username used. (can find e-mail where you log in on ps3)
-On hold for 10-15 minutes.
-They ask for personal info, and then later ask for an APPROPRIATE e-mail that you actually use so they can send a message to reset your password.
You can reach them through their phone number at: 800-345-SONY
NOTE: only works during their business hours.

Call the number I listed, and they will help with getting back your account. But you will need to remember the info you put in for the account to be able to prove that it is yours :y:.

what happen's if you don't know your fake email address like me? i know every information but not email address since i used email like this [email][email protected][/email]

They asked me for my e-mail name I used, the EXACT username, my FULL name, and my phone number.

Look where you log in on your PS3 and it should say the name of your e-mail account.
