we have opened 4 support tickets already about this. when will you provide decent support Xploder?

true, Xploder is a good product, easy to use - hands down. but the customer support? man, it sucks big time. Even the customer support email address is not working, my emails all came back.

Very simple, obvious point, but are you removing the hyphens from the Serial Number when you enter it into the registration box? I know it sounds stupid, but this had me stumped for a couple of days before I thought to try it.

I can't renew keeps trying to charge me 19.99 and im not paying that again for this ...

I meant in general, mine is close to end so I wanted to know how much more time I would have it around.

My Product key keeps saying it's expired, and I used a brand new key i purchased instead of renewing. I wrote a ticket with all my information. If it's not resolved by Monday night. I'm doing a charge back and getting a Game Genie as well. All I want is what I paid for to work. I'd complain of there forum but I can't get logged in on it .

I thought the code can be use forever? I paid 14 pounds to get the software. And now you must upgrade the software with a new code which you must buy?

I thought it was a life time thing too but on the box in very small writing "12 month sub". Always read the small print! . I updated mine and it didn't work, opened a ticked, no reply after 2 days so called the phone number on their website and someone fixed it straight away
